FAST REPORTING TO PHYSICIANS |
| All reports are faxed upon completion and mailed or hand delivered by the next working day. In addition, stat reports will be verbally transmitted from the interpreting radiologist. |

INSURANCE ASSISTANCE |
| Patients often have questions about the details of filing insurance claims for MRI studies. Concerns including coverage and deductibles, the handling of extensive paperwork, how to follow up on delayed or rejected claims, and, in a few cases, the need to obtain prior authorization or to verify coverage the day before the study. The staff at Jamestown Open MRI are fully trained on these situations. As another example of our exceptional service, our staff will complete and submit all necessary claims and paperwork upon receiving all necessary information from the patient. |

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE |
| We do have a self-pay payment program for patients with no insurance. We will reduce the amount depending on the hardship form the patient fills out. |

TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE |
| Each patient is contacted prior to the MRI study to make certain they know how to get to the Center, and to remind them of their appointment time. If transportation to the Center is a problem, with advance notice, Jamestown Open MRI will provide free transportation services to our patients. We only provide transportation for the incapacitated patients who are outpatient. We need to have 24 hours to arrange the service. |

COMPLIMENTARY MEALS |
| If due to unplanned scheduling delays on our part, patients need to wait for an appointment over a mealtime, a complimentary meal coupon for a nearby restaurant will be provided. |

| Our patient reception area at Jamestown Open MRI has been specifically designed and decorated for comfort. Patients and their family will find the ambiance of the Center to be warm, friendly and non-institutional. |

MRI INFORMATION |
| Informational materials explaining the procedure and uses of MRI are provided to each physician's office upon request. These materials are designed for the patient and should be given to each patient with the written order for the requested examination. |

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT |
| For some patients, undergoing and MRI may be a stressful experience. Our skilled and sensitive staff members are careful to allay patients fears by providing advance information and giving emotional support while the patient is undergoing the study. Also, since MRI in non-invasive, we encourage patients to bring a family member to accompany them in the scan room This provides the patient an additional degree of comfort to ensure a successful and pleasant experience. |

EASY SCHEDULING |
| MRI Scheduling is fast and easy. Scheduling is by the physician's office. Normal hours are 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. And remember, unlike hospitals, scheduling and insurance information is taken over the phone so patients are spared the "paperwork bottleneck" in areas like out-patient registration departments. This means your patients are processed faster with no delay and waiting time for the patient. |

| Our MRI system is the most state-of-the-art unit available anywhere. This is important to patients since it provides minimal study time and highest quality imaging. It also provides referring physicians with the most precise diagnostic information available. The opening of the magnet is the largest manufactured by any MRI company. This unique design dispels the fear of the claustrophobic patient, comforts the pediatric and accommodates patients up to 600 pounds. Additionally, Jamestown Open MRI offers MR Angiographies of blood vessels without the use of needles, dyes or radiation. |
